Workshop reopens!

Dear Musicians,

The Fine Strings workshop is now open again, however due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I must follow some precautions.

All appointments will continue to be scheduled beforehand, however please read the following questions and if you answer ‘Yes’ to any of them, please don’t ask to come!

  1. Are you experiencing any of these symptoms? Fever, NEW or worsening cough, difficulty breathing/shortness of breath.
  2. Are you experiencing any of these UNEXPLAINED symptoms? Fatigue/malaise, chills, sore throat, runny nose or sneezing, nasal congestion, hoarse voice, digestive symptoms (including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), flare up of chronic conditions, loss of taste/smell
  3. Have you been in close contact (without personal protective equipment) with someone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or who is being tested and awaiting results of COVID-19?
  4. Have you travelled internationally (outside of Canada) within the past 14 days?

For everyone’s safety, I will be wearing PPE and ask that you consider it too. Since my workshop is in my home, for now all appointments will happen outdoors and therefore only in good weather. Instruments/bows needing repair will be assessed on arrival and then left in my workshop for 3 days to make sure that any potential virus on their surface  doesn’t survive.

I thank you in advance for your understanding and patience with these new needed safety measures. Please don’t hesitate to call or email for an appointment.
